Food Processing Programme (FPP)
The project aims to introduce modern technology and management techniques to the food processing industry in the Ekiti state of Nigeria. FPP works hand-in-hand with the Food development programme (FDP), and aims to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity in the processing of food products grown within the State. This will provide many local and regional benefits both to the economy and to the lives of its population.
Aims of FPP
OBCIC is truly international in its focus. One of the key aims of this organisation is to impact people’s lives both in the UK and in other parts of the world, such as Africa; and one of OBCIC’s key objectives for attaining this aim is the FPP. This programme will achieve this aim by bringing around an improvement in the standard of living and levels of prosperity of people living in West Africa.
